These terms and conditions are applicable to anyone who uses this website (“the customer”) and anyone affiliated with Hotels Plaza Andorra.

Website use
The customer is authorized to use this website for legitimate consultations or bookings only. Therefore, the customer agrees not to place speculative, false or fraudulent bookings or bookings in anticipation of demand. Furthermore, the customer agrees to provide with clear and correct contact information, such as an e-mail address. A legally binding booking will only exist when the customer has entered the necessary data onto the website and has confirmed the booking by clicking on “confirm and pay”. Prices and payment

Information accuracy
The customer recognizes that:
(1) Although the company keeps the information on this website updated, Hotels Plaza Andorra is not responsible for errors, omissions or incorrect information that appears on hotel lists and information.
(2) It is possible that the hotel lists and information may contain errors.

Lack of availability
If a confirmed booking is not available, Hotels Plaza Andorra will do everything possible to provide an alternative hotel of equal or greater quality, or will refund the entire cost if preferred. Hotels Plaza Andorra will also do everything possible to contact the customer before departure in order to advise him/her of said lack of availability. Nonetheless, the customer recognizes that this is not always possible. When it is not possible to contact the customer before departure, Hotels Plaza Andorra will strive to change accommodations as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Any complaint in relation to the hotel should be made at the hotel reception during the customer’s stay. In addition the customer must give hotel management enough time to rectify the situation. If the hotel in question has not resolved the complaint to the customer’s satisfaction, the complaint should be put in writing and, if possible, should be accompanied by photographs or visual evidence.

Guarantees, declarations, terms and conditions
All guarantees, declarations, terms and conditions (whether implicit or explicit) in reference to the website or any other additional service are hereby excluded.

Use of customer contact information

The customer agrees to compensate and absolve Hotels Plaza Andorra of responsibility with respect to any liability, damage or loss, including legal costs, which Hotels Plaza Andorra incurs or suffers as a result of any action, inaction or omission by the customer.

Consequential loss
Under no circumstances will Hotels Plaza Andorra be considered responsible for any consequential or specific damage or loss, regardless of cause (including but not restricted to negligence or non-compliance with these terms and conditions), or any loss of information, profit, investment or business, regardless of cause, including those indicated before said loss or damage occurred, or if you are informed of the possibility of these occurring.

Limitation of liability
In spite of the above, the liability of Hotels Plaza Andorra towards the customer and/or any third party will, under all circumstances, remain limited to the lowest following amount:
(a) The amount paid by the customer for the booking, or
(b) €200, whichever is lowest.

The customer may not assign, transfer, subcontract or delegate any right, duty or obligation in accordance with what is hereby stipulated unless the customer has written consent from Hotels Plaza Andorra.

Intellectual property - System integrity
The use of any device, program or software that hampers or interferes with the performance of or any booking made on the website is forbidden. In addition, any action that creates a load that could be considered unreasonable or disproportionate on the website is forbidden. Hotels Plaza Andorra does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access to its website, nor secure access to its services. Various factors beyond the company’s control may interfere with the performance of the website.

Modification of terms and conditions

If as a result of force majeure Hotels Plaza Andorra is forced to limit, modify or cancel a booking, the customer will have no right to compensation for any loss resulting from said limitation, modification or cancellation. The term “force majeure” includes, but is not restricted to, natural disasters, fires or any other destruction of any booked accommodations, commotion, war or disturbance, exercise by a legislative, municipal, military or any other type of authority, strikes or any other reason beyond the company’s control.

Full agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between Hotels Plaza Andorra and the customer or user, and they replace any previous contract or agreement (whether written or oral) in this regard and may not be subjected to changes or modifications.

Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions are subject to the legislation of the Principality of Andorra and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.
